Please read the terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour or excursion with Grupo Galápagos.

Booking

- Once a customer has inquired about a tour booking, we will verify again if there are available spaces.

Payments

- 100% deposit after confirmation.

Payment Methods

- Bank deposit in accounts of the following banks: Banco del Pacífico, Banco de Pichincha or Banco Guayaquil.
- Online payment with credit card with no extra charge.
- We will send you a secure payment link, we use the payment platform for agencies: Wetravel.

Once the Payment is Made

Please provide us with the following details:
- Passenger's full name.
- Age.
- Passport number or National ID number.
- Arrival and departure dates from Galápagos.
- Food restrictions or allergies.

Commitment

The passenger agrees to follow the rules established by the Galápagos National Park and the instructions of the Tour Operator regarding the time and meeting points to avoid missing the contracted tour.

Cancellation Policies

- 20% of the deposit is non-refundable.
- 50% of the deposit is non-refundable in the period of 29 to 20 days before the tour begins.
- 100% of the deposit is non-refundable within 19 days or less before the tour starts.

COVID Cancellation

The same cancellation policies mentioned above will apply.

*Important Note*

- Activities and itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, major causes, orders from the Galápagos National Park, etc. Passenger safety comes first.
- Activities carried out by the passenger are at his/her own risk.
- Grupo Galápagos is not responsible for any damage that may occur on the boat or car.
